1998 – 2003
Lipro’s story began in 1998, when Albert and Barbara Pribac started their business in a family workshop in Koper. As the business expanded, they soon moved their operations to slightly larger rented premises in Koper.
2004 – 2007
Strong business results enabled the construction of a new production hall with greater manufacturing capacity nearby. The company designed and developed its first PSC-90 chain conveyor system. This was followed by the publication of the first Modular System catalogue. In 2006, the company received a bronze award for this product range at the 12th Terotech-Maintenance trade fair in Celje.
2008 – 2013
The company celebrated 10 years of successful operations. In 2009, it published the TB conveyor catalogue. It developed the PS-Solar transport system, the PSR 50/60 powered roller conveyor, and a tubular modular system, for which it received a silver award at the 16th Terotech-Maintenance trade fair in Celje. This was followed by the publication of the transport systems catalogue.
2014 – 2018
In January 2014, the company moved to a new location in Dekani, providing employees with better working conditions. In 2018, the company invested in larger warehouse facilities to provide faster, higher-quality service to existing and new customers.
2019 – 2024
In the second half of 2019, we began the process of obtaining ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, which we received in January 2020. In September 2019, we also launched a succession programme, which was completed in 2024. During this period, the company successfully pursued its strategic objectives, and at the beginning of 2024, Gregor and Gašper Pribac took over its leadership. That same year, we also developed a new product – the PSB60 belt conveyor system.
